Wills & Probate Lawyer

Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for an experienced Wills, Probate and Trusts Fee Earner on behalf of our client. A well known and respected law firm with offices across South Yorkshire. 

This is a mixed role which will see you handling the full remit of Private Client work including;

-    Preparation of Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorney 
-    Creating and administering Trusts 
-    Handling Probate and Letters of Administration 
-    Dealing with Court of Protection issues 
-    Assisting with the development of the department and caseload 

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience at Fee Earning level dealing with the full remit of Private Client work. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and expanding law firm with an excellent benefits package.
