Opportunity for a Corporate Bilingual Paralegal to join a growing US Law firm to be based here in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- To support partners, associates and trainees on day to day tasks
- Typical work: assisting with company establishments (Freezone and LLC), share transfers, changes of directors/other corporate admin
- Legal research, drafting, liaising with Dubai Economy/DED of other Emirates, Freezone Authorities, DM, DLD, TM Registry, Central Bank, UAE Notaries (public and private) etc.
Key requirements:
- Interaction with local authorities in the UAE
- Translating and reviewing legal Arabic documents
- Legal research and drafting notes of advice
- Bilingual English & Arabic
