Commercial Property Solicitor
An established firm in Birmingham with a range of clients are in the process of expanding their experienced team by adding a Commercial Property Solicitor. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a caseload of commercial files. The caseload will focus on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, landlord and tenant matters and will also include working on complex development matters with support.
Based in central Birmingham, this role would suit someone living in the Midlands or within commutable distance of Birmingham.
If succesful, you will work closely with the Head of Commercial Property, who is also a partner at the firm, and will benefit from their knowledge and direction whilst managing a caseload of commercial property matters for a wide range of clients.
