Responsibilities of your new role

Working as a legal assistant within the stage one team, you will be dealing with personal injury claims at the initial stages. The key duties of your new Legal Assistant role will include:

• Dealing with the initial stage of a personal injury claim and acting as the first point of contact 
• Submitting claim notification forms via the MOJ Portal
• Instructing medical experts
• Dealing with liability responses
• Providing clients with updates 

Candidate profile

To be considered for this Legal Assistant role you must be a law graduate who demonstrates:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with daily client contact over the phone and in writing
• A keen interest in pursuing a Personal Injury law career
