Personal Injury Litigator - EL/PL

An interesting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fee Earner with knowledge of Accidents at work and Public Liability Personal Injury work to join an expanding Trade Union based law firm within the Sheffield office.

You must have excellent knowledge of the Personal Injury Protocol, have excellent Fast Track Litigation experience and be well versed in advocacy and running cases to trial. You will be picking up a litigated PI caseload with Minimal supervision so the ability to it the ground running with such work is essential. You will have the assistance of a dedicated litigation assistant to provide fee earning support however.
