Your new role

This commercial solicitor role will see you handle a broad mix of commercial contracts, outsourcing, franchising agreements, NDAs, data protection matters as well as some IT and IP matters.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a commercial lawyer with 4+ years' pqe who is able to work on a stand-alone basis. You will have good client care skills and be someone who is happy to play an active role in business development.
