3 - 5 PQE (Ideally)
My client is a regional law firm with a strong presence in both South Wales and London. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor within the Employment Department at their Cardiff office.
The successful candidate will preferably have between 3-5 years PQE experience.
Reporting to the Department Head, the role will include responsibility for a mixed case-load of contentious and non contentious work with minimum supervision. Although most of the work is for respondents experience of acting for individuals will also be relevant as will experience of employment related corporate and commercial support. Experience of advocacy would also be valued.
The successful candidate will need to have excellent organisational and time management skills, and proven experience of maintaining and developing excellent client will also be required to make a proactive contribution to implementing the Departments Business Plan, including delivering seminars and training, attending networking events and targeting new clients.
