Float PA at Leading Boutique Law Firm – c£35,000 + benefits

Our client is a well-respected law firm based in beautiful offices near mainline stations in Central London who specialise in high net worth private client work, but who also cover a mixture of other work including property, litigation and family law – predominantly on behalf of these private clients and entrepreneurs.

Due to recent growth and expansion they are looking for an additional PA to join their highly successful team. The role will be permanent, but floating across the firm supporting lawyers whose PA are off on long-term leave or holiday as well as maternity covers. This should keep you pretty busy, but if you’re not in a long-term seat you will work alongside the other PAs supporting their fee earners.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys the variety of temping and the opportunity to get to know everyone at a firm rather than just your pod, but who wants the security and stability of a permanent role at a respected and supportive firm.

What they are looking for is a confident legal secretary/legal PA with 5 years’ plus experience, with at least some of that as a float in a law firm, who is flexible, adaptable and able to work with people of all levels.

This would also suit an experienced legal PA who has covered a couple of areas of law who would like the opportunity to learn new areas of law.

The role is available immediately but they can wait for the right person. Personality and attitude will be as important as the legal PA experience and technical skills.
