Temporary Legal PAs required for short and long term assignments to start as soon as possible with our clients, busy Greater Manchester Law Firms

Hourly pay rates from £15 per hour to £20 per hour (DOE and contract available)

Our clients are some of Manchester's top tier Law firms and are looking for experienced Legal PAs to support their fee earners across various teams.

Your duties will include:
* Diary management
* Booking travel and accommodation
* Answering all calls for fee earners, taking accurate messages
* Draft legal correspondence
* Audio Typing
* Screening incoming correspondence when fee earners are away from the office
* Engaging with fee earners to understand and assist in general housekeeping needs

Person attributes:
* Legal Secretarial/PA experience
* Good IT skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to demonstrate your ability to build relationships both internally and externally
* Able to work to strict deadlines
