A leading Law Firm based in Bolton is looking for an IT Support professional to join their team.
You will be responsible for providing first point contact for the users of the firm through different methods including face to face (mostly), email and remote.
You will be communicating with everyone in the law firm face to face assisting with the simplest queries to those more complicated. This would suit somebody with a keen interest in IT Support looking to develop new skills within the legal sector.
You will be responsible for resolving all IT issues within the firm from setting up hardware (computers, printers, phones) to looking at software problems (office, legal software).
You will have sound, recent technical knowledge on providing IT Support within a professional environment as well as good hardware, Windows, Office and Active Directory knowledge
Knowledge on legal applications is an advantage.
