I'm pleased to be working with this well-respected regional firm again for the vacancy of Conveyancing Assistant at their Oxfordshire branch. I've dealt with this established practice over several months and found them to be a professional organisation that offers a great environment for development and progression.

Based in well equipped, spacious offices you will be joining a strong team with experienced team members to support your induction into the firm and into your role of Conveyancing Assistant.

This current role as a Conveyancing Assistant requires a candidate comfortable in all procedures and forms and versed in running parts of the file handling process.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assisting the management of a caseload of residential property matters on behalf of fee earners and solicitors
• Completing forms and process requirements of residential conveyancing work
• Handling administrative tasks for the team
• Working on sale and purchase transactions of freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, help to buy transactions
