Long established firm dating back to the 19th Century providing legal services to individuals and businesses in Exeter offering a new opportunity to join their Property team based in Cullompton.

You will be a Qualified Solicitor/Executive/Licences Conveyancer who will be handling your own caseload involving conveyancing matters such as registered and unregistered land, freehold & leasehold titles, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. Conveyancing experience is necessary as you will have minimal supervision and would be expected to provide support to team members where necessary. Communication and IT skills are required and experience of using a Case Management system is desired.
