I am currently recruiting on behalf of a business who are based in Sheffield and seeking to recruit an In-House Commercial Property Solicitor due to a growing caseload and continued expansion of the business.The have given me an outline as to what they are looking for:
* Experienced Commercial Property/Real Estate Lawyer who is looking to move in-house
* Ideally 2 - 7 years PQE
* Experience dealing with commercial leases (retail lease experience essential), title checks and acquisitions and other general commercial property documents such as deeds of easement and covenant, surrenders and variations. Refinance and Appointment and Collateral Warranty experience would also be desirable but it is not essential
