Commercial Associate

An exciting commercial role has arisen at this mid-size City practice which acts for a number of leading and emerging high growth technology companies and fashion brands.

The commercial team is looking for a mid-level associate with experience of:

*Advising on a very broad range of commercial agreements including agency and distributorship agreements
*Advising on GDPR and privacy-related matters
*Drafting and advising on terms and conditions for static or transactional websites and social media sites or mobile apps
*Assisting with non-contentious IP agreements including licensing and franchise agreements.
