This highly regarded charities practice in London works with a very broad range of charities and NFPs including well known household name charities, small grassroots organisations, international NGOs, family and corporate foundations as well as social enterprises.

The role will suit a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years' recent experience of advising in the fields of charity law, company law and contracts.

You will be comfortably providing detailed technical advice to fee earners at all levels, developing precedents and practice notes and providing written legal updates to fee earners and clients, managing know-how and making suggestions for process improvements as well as training colleagues on charity law and legal issues that affect the sector.
