This is a market-leading US practice with a premier banking and finance team in London that advises on a range of transactions including acquisition finance, leveraged finance and refinancings for both lender and borrower clients in both domestic and cross-border transactions. The team has particular expertise advising high profile private equity clients in complex transactions.

The London office continues to expand and seeks a Banking NQ solicitor to join on qualification in 2019. Consistent with the background of lawyers already in the team, the firm is looking for NQs with strong academics, a high level of commercial awareness and training from a top 10 UK (or other US) firm, including a seat in banking involving leveraged and acquisition finance.
