A major offshore law firm with an outstanding reputation in the Channel Islands is seeking a junior to mid-level corporate lawyer to join their dynamic, friendly team.
Role and Responsibilities
This is a broad corporate lawyer role which provides you with the opportunity to get involved in a range of high value offshore corporate work. This will include:
- Mainstream M&A disposals
- Capital markets/listings
- Joint ventures
- Restructurings
- Private equity deals
You will also provide specialist advice on the Jersey/Guernsey elements of the transaction, working closely with your client and enjoying substantial responsibility.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- UK/Ireland/Australia/NZ qualified
- 1-4 years’ PQE gained in corporate law within a City or leading regional practice
- Strong academic background
