Litigation Associate

Are you a Litigation Associate looking for a new challenge? A top legal 500 firm with a straightforward, independently minded approach is actively searching for a promising associate to join their Commercial Dispute Resolution Team.

What will the role entail?
* Provide advice from the early stages of a dispute on litigation, arbitration and settlement strategies;
* Drafting statements of case and application documents, witness evidence;
* Working with their Case Management Unit in relation to document and data review.

What do you need?
* Qualified Solicitor in the UK;
* Strong academic qualifications;
* 1-2 PQE from a highly regarded litigation practice;
* experience in general commercial litigation, with experience in international cross border disputes and investigations.
