Job description: This is an excellent opportunity for a Planning Solicitor or Legal Officer to join a public sector organisation in West Yorkshire on a part-time, temporary basis for a holiday cover.
The successful candidate will be dealing with a varied caseload of Planning and Highways matters including;
- The drafting and negotiating of s106 agreements,
- Attending meetings of the Council's Planning Committee and providing advice on planning matters to officers and members generally
The ideal candidate for this job will be a Solicitor or Legal Officer with previous public sector experience.
