Contentious Trusts

My client is a top 100 law firm with a very strong Private Client team and they have an excellent client base, that includes individuals from the Times Rich list.

The firm are looking to appoint candidates with strong, 2 years plus experience of Contentious Trust experience, and they will also be open to making a senior appointment if the right candidate comes available. The firm are looking for experience in a broad range of client work, including advising trustees, executors, beneficiaries and charities on the resolution of disputes. The work will involve leading litigation in Trust disputes, probate disputes, Inheritance Act claims in addition to contentious Court of Protection matters.

The ideal candidate will be an articulate and confident qualified solicitor with experience in Contentious Trust and Probate work.
