Due to expansion an ambitious Residential Conveyancer is wanted for an exciting Leeds based opportunity. Applications are invited from bright, hard working Residential Conveyancers with upwards of 12 months Property Law experience managing sales and purchases in a high street, regional or specialist legal services environment. Salary is upwards of £22,000 and negotiable dependent on experience, with bonus and generous and comprehensive benefits package.

The successful Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner will join a busy, friendly team with a real family feel to it. Sitting in a small team with the help of a legal assistant and the latest IT software you will manage a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases through to conclusion, maintaining high levels of client servicing throughout the transaction. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, dealing with replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. Enjoying a great deal of autonomy you will also have the opportunity to develop alongside senior team members, learning on the job and fast tracking professional development.
