Our client, a prestigious law firm based in Central London, have a fantastic opening for a paralegal to join their Housing Management and Property Litigation team on a permanent basis on a salary up to £22,000 per annum. Renowned for offering candidates great training and development, this role would suit someone who’s looking for that next step up in their career.

Not only will you be responsible for assisting the solicitors with their caseload, but you will also have the opportunity to build your own once settled within the firm. Prior property litigation experience is required as you will be involved with a broad range of matters such as breach of tenancy, injunction proceedings, possession proceedings based on rent arrears, anti-social behaviour and unauthorised occupiers.

You will be involved with assisting with enquiries made by clients, draft and prepare claim forms, prepare trial bundles, attend court and assist the fee earners and solicitors on a range of matters.
