Corporate Tax Solicitor

A leading UK law firm is looking to add a 1-4 PQE Corporate Tax Solicitor to join their growing team in London. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established firm as they look to significantly increase the headcount of their London team, as part of a national team of 100+ Corporate Solicitors.

What You'll Need:

* You should have between 1-4 PQE
* Corporate Tax Solicitor, with exposure to working on multi-jurisdiction tax advisory work
* Previously worked at a national or international law firm
* Strong academics
* Client-centric approach, team player

What You'll be Doing:

As a Corporate Tax Solicitor, you'll be advising on the tax implications of private equity transactions and transaction structuring, M&A, tax planning for management teams, reorganisations and restructuring including debt restructuring.
