A Leading national Law firm with excellent presence across UK are looking for a Corporate Senior Solcitor. This is a full-time, permanent role paying up to £110,000 per year.

As a Corporate Senior Solicitor, you will:
* Have exceptional general corporate experience
* Ideally have experience in Private Equity or Venture Capital work.
* Help grow this practice area for the firm.
* Take part in business development

Candidate Requirements:
In relation to this Corporate Senior Solicitor vacancy, the firm wishes to speak with applicants who demonstrate:
* 5+ years of PQE
* A strong academic record
* Technically excellent
* Strong commercial awareness
* Client focused
* Naturally resilient
