The perfect role has arisen for a qualified clinical negligence solicitor who is looking to work for a top Legal 500 firm. This rare opportunity is with an excellent Cramlington based firm, with a dedicated Claimant Clinical Negligence Team led by an experienced leading individual within the North.
The work which the team deals with consists of a mixture of clinical negligence claims, from relatively low value and complexity claims, through to multi-track, high value and highly technically demanding matters with multi-million-pound settlements.
You will need to be a qualified solicitor (or equivalently qualified fee earner) with at least 2 or 3 years' PQE. Previous experience of a litigated clinical negligence caseload is highly desirable, preferably from a claimant background.
The firm has a supportive and knowledgeable team and works well as a unit. They will be looking for whoever they recruit to fit into this team and buy into their 'friendly and professional' ethos.
