Trainee Development Executive

Brand new vacancy for a Trainee Development Executive to work with one of the leading Global and US law firms. This is a permanent position based in their London office in the heart of the City.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Learning & Development professional with circa 12+ months experience in working with Trainee Solicitors to coordinate training for the London office.

Other duties will include:

• Sending out appointments for internal training sessions and booking appropriate meeting rooms.
• Assisting with video and audio relating to e-learning.
• Keeping the intranet calendar updated.
• Working with the HR team to coordinate the delivery of the office wellbeing programme.
• Managing the delivery of skills training to the secretaries.
• Liaising with their US and Asia colleagues.

The successful candidate will need to be able to hit the ground running in setting up/delivering new programmes and delivery within the firm. 1 or more years’ experience within a similar role in a UK/international or US law firm is essential in order to be considered.
