A leading media production organisation based in west London is looking for a Senior Business Affairs Manager with scripted production experience to join on a 3 month contract commencing by mid July.
Working as part of a busy team you will be responsible for:
- supporting the Head of Business Affairs overseeing activity within the scripted genre, managing legal risk
- escalating issues when required
- being a point of contact for advice and direction
- managing activities in accordance with relevant policies and frameworks
- delivering effective and efficient framework deals, drafting and negotiation of bespoke contracts
- proposing structures for complicated rights and commercial deals
- offering advice relating to financing arrangements
To be considered for this role you will have 5+ years experience in a similar capacity within the media sector. Experience in scripted production is essential. You will have strong attention to detail and demonstrable technical knowledge in relation to scripted programming.
