A Legal 500 firm based in Berkhamsted is seeking a senior Residential Property Solicitor to take over an existing caseload of work. Offered on a full-time, permanent basis, this Residential Property role will also involve supervising junior team members and offers great development opportunities.
Responsibilities of your new role
The caseload of your new Property Solicitor role will include:
- Sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Freehold and leasehold property
Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising junior members of staff and will be involved with marketing and business development.
Candidate requirements
To be considered for this Residential Property Solicitor role you must demonstrates:
- Substantial PQE within a highly rated Residential Property team
- Client facing, networking and business development skills
- Team supervisory experience
