A well-established financial services business based in Cheshire is looking for an In-House Counsel to join them on either a full-time or part-time basis.
This is a flexible role within a supportive environment which also offers complex legal work.
Role Description
The In-House Counsel will be taking on a very varied role, dealing with matters ranging from:
- Commercial contracts
- Employment
- Corporate and structural actions
- Complex contentious matters
There is direct access to working with the management team and at all levels of the business.
Candidate Profile
The successful Legal Counsel is likely to have:
- 2+ years’ PQE
- A strong commercial contracts background
- In-house experience (ideal)
- A practical attitude and a genuine commercial approach
- The ability to communicate with individuals at all levels
- Experience in financial services regulation (highly advantageous)
