IT TRAINING MANAGER FOR UPPER MID RANGE LAW FIRM.

This is one of the City's fastest growing international law firms of recent years, with around 800 staff based in their outstanding City HQ, and they are looking to offer a permanent position to an IT Training Manager who would enjoy designing and delivering a high quality training experience for their people.
With a team of a dozen staff to help, the training manager will be responsible for multiple delivery mechanisms, including video, class room, CBT, VIP programmes and more, developing technology competencies into their existing framework.
With overall responsibility for the training function, the role holder will be assessing training needs, delegating responsibilities to the trainers and project managing the introduction of new training initiatives.
