Property Litigation Solicitor

An international firm is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team in Leeds on a permanent, full time basis.

About the Role

The Property Litigation Lawyer will be joining a highly ranked team, working with clients across a range of sectors to include retail, Premier League football, financial services and telecommunications.

You will be taking on a broad remit of commercial property litigation work, including:

• Break notices
• Lease and licence advisory work
• S25 notices
• S26 requests
• S29B extensions
• Actions for dilapidations
• Breach of covenant
• Injunctions
• Status of occupation and drafting
• Issue & service of lease renewal or termination proceedings

Candidate Profile

The ideal Property Litigation Solicitor will have:

• Around 4 / 5 years’ PQE
• A strong background in property litigation matters
• Confidence in all aspects of the litigation process
• Strong interpersonal and client facing skills
• The desire to join a dedicated team focused on delivering an excellent service
