Due to the continuous business growth and internal promotions this multinational organisation is looking to hire a talented lawyer for their EMEAR team with a focus on global legal matters to be based in Paris.

Legal Team

Position and Career

In this role you will report to EMEAR Legal Director on a range of GLOBAL commercial matters and commercial contracts. The work is highly varied and exciting – the company operates at the absolute forefront of their sector. There will be a lot of training and support and opportunities to explore new legal practice areas.

You will act as a trusted legal advisor to the business with regards global / EMEAR-wide sales transactions with customers headquartered in France (structuring complex high value sales transactions, negotiating and drafting a wide range of legal agreements, responding to complex RFP requests, giving accurate advice to senior management on the legal and commercial impact of specific contractual provisions and general legal matters, engaging in cross-functional projects as a legal subject matter expert etc). 

This is a big role actively shaping complex deals across dozens of jurisdictions.

What skills and experience are required?

• 4-7 years of experience in-house or in private practice as an IT / TMT / technology lawyer / counsel
• Full fluency in French
