Our client is a global technology company, No1 leader in their sector with a busy 80-strong global legal team. The legal department is looking for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to be based in Madrid, Spain.

The position starts as a temporary role from mid July to beginning of December 2019, and the permanent contract is to be offered between September and December 2019.

Requirements

Our client is looking for 6-15 years of transactional experience in any sector either at a multinational organisation or in private practice. If you have experience with license agreements or any tech contracts this would be of benefit. You will be proactive, dynamic and used to working across different jurisdictions and able to start mid to end of July 2019.

Responsibilities

The role handles transactional work across EMEA: corporate, commercial, partnership agreements. Day to day legal support to the commercial organisation: negotiation and drafting of commercial and procurement agreements with regional customers or providers; Corporate legal support and privacy; Legal support to central legal activities: compliance training when needed, coordination with the HQ for templates updates, gathering or information and any other activity or project.
