Commercial Property Solicitor

NQ+
Southampton

My client is a leading regional law firm who is a true market leader within the Commercial Property field. Due to a period of expansion and increased demand the client is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ+) for their Southampton office.

The role will involve acting for landowners, occupiers, developers, funders, contractors and professionals in connection with a mixture of residential development, commercial development, investment, secured lending and tenant and corporate support work.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate a drive to succeed and develop their career as a Commercial Property Solicitor and must have undertaken (if applying at NQ level) at least one (preferably two) commercial property seats as part of their training contract.

You will be dealing with a range of property related matters which includes acquisitions and disposals, leases and ancillary lease documents, property finance and corporate support. You will be expected to work with all members of the team and therefore be exposed to a variety of work types and projects to ensure the successful candidate receives as much experience as possible.

Applications are invited from Commercial Property Solicitors from Newly Qualified (NQ) Level and above.
