My client is a specialist, national conveyancing firm with offices spanning across the UK. They are looking to recruit several home-based Residential Conveyancers to handle a busy caseload of conveyancing matters.

The work they provide to their established clients is of very high quality and their successful business model has experienced substantial year on year growth. Applications will be considered from candidates either at Legal Executive/Licenced Conveyancer level, or currently working as a Residential Conveyancer, proving they can manage their own caseload, and are able to work completely unsupervised.

Due to continued success, they are now looking to expand their offering Nationwide and are looking to speak with Residential Conveyancers who feel comfortable managing a substantial caseload of 70+ files. You must be familiar with all areas of the conveyancing process and have a methodical approach to working while also being technically strong.

On offer is true flexible working; allowing a Residential Conveyancer to work from home with some flexibility to effectively choose which hours you work. A competitive package, including pension, private medical insurance and a minimum of 25 days annual leave is on offer for this role.
