Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licenced Conveyancer
Newly Qualified (NQ) - 2 PQE
Cardiff
My client is a leading South Wales firm with an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancer experienced in all aspects of land law to join the fastest growing and largest residential business.
The role will be centred on dealing with high value and complex residential transactions. In addition to routine progression of case-load, the successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to a modern approach as well as the ability to drive forward the high value conveyancing work through business development.
Applicants must be either a Licenced Conveyancer or Solicitor (NQ+) with residential property experience and extensive knowledge of land law in its day to day application to conveyancing. You will thrive in a team based environment and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to bring out the best in others.
