Due to expansion, they are recruiting for a residential property conveyancer to join a team or four other qualified fee earners which are partner-lead.
The department deals with a wide variety of property work from sales and purchases, to the granting of residential leases, transfers of equity, co-ownership and shared ownership.
The firm is also able to guide clients with the complexities of equity release, overage schemes and lease extensions.
The clients include many high-value property transactions in London and the home counties, in addition to first-time buyers entering into the property market.
The ideal candidate should be able to run their own residential property conveyancing caseload, to include:
Salary is dependent on experience but paying up to £45,000.
