A senior insolvency litigation solicitor is required to join an expanding in-house organisation based in London who is one of the leaders in their field. The current in-house legal team of 4 is growing to meet high client demand!
The firm is backed by high profile blue-chip shareholders and leading private equity investors and currently holds a unique place in the changing litigation funding market.
The ideal insolvency litigation solicitor will have 8-10+ years' PQE in commercial litigation and will be able to handle the management of cases from inception through to completion. This will include pre-acquisition case due diligence, offer structuring and management of outsourced solicitor, barrister and expert resources through the life cycle of the cases.
This is a brand new In-house insolvency litigation solicitor role and as part of a small in-house legal team, you will be able to show good commercial acumen, numeracy, project management skills and strong interpersonal skills.
If you are a commercially minded insolvency litigation solicitor who is looking to take the next step in your career, the firm can offer a salary in the region of £75k - c£100k + bonus (up to 40% of salary) and the chance to join a growing commercial organisation.
