Commercial Property Counsel, UK PLC, 2-4 PQE

Our client, one of the UK’s largest social care providers, is looking for an ambitious commercial property lawyer to join their team based in North London due to exponential growth of the business.

Reporting to the group general counsel, the role will require supporting the business on a broad range of commercial property matters. The business has over 600 properties across the UK, self-owned or leased. Responsibilities will include assisting acquisitions, disposals, leasehold work, Landlord & Tenant and development work as well as assisting with other ad-hoc commercial legal matters faced by the business.

Candidates will ideally have 2-4 years of post-qualification experience within a commercial property law environment and have qualified as a solicitor in with a well-regarded law firm or in-house team.
