Legal Director/Senior Associate-Energy/projects finance- London

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a popular award-winning international law firm in London. The energy finance team sits within the wider banking group, specialising in finance transactions across the energy and commodities sectors. The role will involve working on financing oil & gas and renewables projects in Europe and emerging markets, with a focus on the CEE region. There will also be the opportunity to work on structured finance, securitisations, derivatives and DCM transactions in the commodities sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join an international law firm in London with a friendly and collaborative culture, whilst working on a broad range of commodities and energy finance transactions. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' PQE and ideally be in a similar role working as a Legal Director or Senior Associate.
