The team act on a wide range of company commercial matters including, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and partnerships, shareholders’ agreements, banking & finance, reorganisations and structuring, commercial agreements, including business trading terms and general contract negotiation.
You will be advising a broad range of clients from start-ups to major businesses and across a wide range of different sectors, particularly in the healthcare sector.
