A Paralegal Residential Conveyancer is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with a dynamic Newcastle based Legal 500 law firm. Salary is upwards of £17,000 and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits including a generous holiday entitlement.

Firm profile: A highly regarded Newcastle based law firm delivering a comprehensive legal service to business and the individual across the Tyne and Wear.

The successful Residential Conveyancing Paralegal will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of freehold sales and purchases to conclusion. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. Fee earners will enjoy a great deal of autonomy and will also have the opportunity to develop their skill set alongside an experienced Partner and Senior Residential Conveyancers.

The successful candidate will possess at least 12 months years experience gained in a busy high street, regional or specialist conveyancing environment and possess the confidence to hit the ground running managing all a variety of conveyancing transactions.
