EL/PL Paralegal/Fee Earner

Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for an experienced PI Paralegal on behalf of a national firm of Solicitors. 

You will be joining our client’s National Fast Track Centre based in Stoke and will be handling your own caseload of Fast Track EL/PL and RTA claims and duties will include;

-    Investigating and assessing liability 
-    Assessing the strengths of a claim 
-    Collating evidence to support liability, causation and quantum 
-    Liaising with clients, witnesses and other third parties 
-    Liaising with medical experts 
-    Valuing claims 
-    Negotiating settlements where necessary 

To be considered for this role you should have experience handling your own caseload of fast track EL/PL and RTA and have a passion for providing high standards of client care. You should have the ability to prioritise daily workloads and have a keen eye for detail.
