Our client is a leading international law firm who are seeking to appoint a corporate lawyer to join their office in Slovakia. This high profile team has instructed on many of the biggest and most challenging domestic and cross-border corporate transactions internationally. They are known as a top tier firm from their ranking on the prestigious firm ranking site legal 500 on multiple practice areas including corporate.
The team is seeking a corporate lawyer with 1-3 years experience. You will have gained hands on corporate experience, specifically with relation to public & private M&A transactions, PE and general corporate advice. Fluency in both English & Slovak is mandatory.
