A rare opportunity has arisen for an insolvency solicitor to join the specialist Corporate Recoveries and Insolvency team of a leading Legal 500 firm based from their head office in Northampton.
The ideal candidate will ideally be a commercial litigation solicitor who has a strong focus on insolvency litigation matters from leading top end firm known for this niche area of work.
You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 5+ years' PQE, ideally, this time would have been spent within insolvency based work.
You will have had exposure to dealing with registered insolvency practitioners, business owners and other stakeholders dealing with this highly complex area of work.
You will ideally be coming from a regionally leading Legal 500 firm or city based practice. You should have a strong academic record and will ideally have trained within a firm famed for commercial litigation and more specifically insolvency litigation work.
This is a rare opportunity to commit fully to this high-value work area, as well as working with 3 of the region's top insolvency litigation solicitors and partners currently.
