Corporate PSL, full-time or part-time!

A requirement has arisen for a Corporate PSL to join this highly rated, full service leading Commercial firm in London, on a 6 month fixed term contract, to start ideally as soon as possible, however they will consider applicants on up to 1 months' notice. The candidate can either work on a full time or part time basis, which will depend entirely on their own preference.

The candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years experience dealing with all aspects of M&A deals, and will regard themselves as an M&A specialist. The role will be to sit with and support the M&A team, not only by way of precedent updates, but with research and training as well.

The role will require you to: draft new precedents in the firm's current style; review and prepare existing precedents for automation; co-ordinate comments of specialists and members of the Department; liaise with an information professional who will "automate" the precedent; test the automated precedent; and deliver training to fee-earners on the documents produced.

The successful candidate does not necessarily require previous PSL experience although it will be seen as an advantage to have it on your CV. The candidate can either work a full time or part time week, which will depend entirely on their own preference.
