Family Solicitor

A forward thinking, Legal 500 Law firm based in Banbury, are looking to recruit a Family Solicitor, as part of their plans for organic growth and succession.

The Firm

This firm have grown significantly in recent years, in part due to a significant capital investment and increased workload. Culturally the firm is dynamic, professional, and progressive, they are very client-centric and put emphasis on delivering a first-class experience.

The Role

This firm are now seeking a Family Solicitor with 2 - 5 years PQE to join their team on an initial 12-month contract.

The successful applicant will have a positive and creative approach to client relations and business development and be confident in marketing and networking, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.

You will be required to take on and look to expand a caseload of quality Family work and to continue to build strong relationships with clients and professional contacts through marketing and networking.
Experience and expertise of all areas of Family Law is essential, including but not limited to; Divorce, Financial Issues, Children Issues and Cohabitation.

Requirements

• 2-5 years PQE dealing with Family matters
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to market and network
• Confident in dealing with high net-worth clients
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Committed to personal development
• Excellent team player
• Able to travel between offices
