I am looking to recruit an experienced employment solicitor, on behalf of my client for one of their Nottingham office, to undertake a caseload of employment matters including unfair dismissal and compromise agreements, but will also include a proportion of complicated matters e. discrimination/TUPE.
You will be expected to conduct and manage all aspects of your caseload, including taking appropriate daily decisions involving considerable exercise of judgment, subject to supervision.
The right candidate will have a sound knowledge of employment law and the ability to conduct cases from beginning to end. You will be required to undertake advocacy in the Employment Tribunal (ET), including preliminary hearings and where necessary may be required to carry out advocacy in full hearings up to 2 days.
Although this role doesn't carry any direct supervisory responsibility, you will play an important role in the team in helping to achieve.

Candidates for this role must be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience and have a current practising certificate.
