Solicitor - Counter Fraud

Plexus Law – a leading defendant insurance litigation practice – are looking for a Solicitor to join them for a Counter-Fraud focused role. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Greater Manchester.

Responsibilities of your new role

As a Fraud Solicitor your core duties will include:

• Handling a mixed EL / PL / Motor fast-track and multi-track caseload within the Counter Fraud Team
• Acting for a wide range of clients including major insurers, self-insureds, local authorities and insurance brokers
• Contributing to business and client development

Candidate requirements

We are looking for a Fraud Solicitor who demonstrates:

• 2-4 years of PQE
• Understanding of insurance litigation practices and processes
• Experience handling cross class litigated files and managing your own caseload
• A commercial, pragmatic outlook and desire to work with insurer clients
