The Role:

A well-established firm in Yeovil are currently looking to expand their Commercial Property team. The successful candidate will be able to work with limited supervision and able to look after their own caseload of Commercial Property matters, including Commercial Freehold and Leasehold transactions.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will have recent Commercial Property experience to include a range of transactions and the ability to work to deadlines. You will have a strong knowledge of Commercial Property procedures and familiarity with the entire transactional process.

Salary: negotiable on experience, up to £26,000.
